The ATM is listed for 6 Euros in the new DS catalogue. I just received it in a US parts order for $2.10 US. (This didn't include the half dozen money pieces, as I didn't need to order them.) Of course, I'm an idiot that didn't realise I needed to order a sticker sheet too, so my ATM is plain right now! 
... and then you will be surprised the sticker sheet cost $7 ...
