Yes, the hairs look promising... unfortunately, looks to be another theme plagued with those lame bodytypes, seriously limiting the potential :(

Seems slightly odd that Mattell should create Monster High to sell toys and then partially farm-off the toy making to Playmobil, but I guess they might make nice sets (I'm not really aware of the property)
