Jukebox with a USB port is an amazing idea.  That would be so cool.  
How popular would a 50's theme be outside of the states I wonder?  The image that comes to mind when I here the 50's is more of a stylized version (think Grease, Leave it to Beaver) than actual reality.  Sure they're were diners and waitresses on roller skates and hot rods, but the 1950s was also a time of grinding poverty for alot of Americans, crumbling inner cities, racial segregation.  My point is that most people (inside the US and out) picture the stylized version which would make pretty cool looking Playmobil.  The playmo smile would be so perfect on a 50s June Cleaver looking housewife with an apron over her immaculate dress holding a tray of milk and cookies.

Also, the lack of a playmo dress that isn't ankle length is a problem.   :-\

I think Elaine did one that was knee length, or you could do a poodle skirt. Just throwing some suggestions out there   :P

Sorry to get back to an old topic,
But I think 45* arm bends would be awesome!
They would look great for knights, they could "bend" their arm back while jousting.
Doing so would make them look like they are leaning forward.
And they would be good for fighting with a shield and sword because the objects will be closer to their body,
meaning it will look more realistic.

I am sure the bends would be good for other themes,
But I really focus on the medieval so I haven't looked into the other scenarios.

I know the arm bend is blashpemy in some circles but it sure would enhance the posing of alot of figures.  What comes to mind is western figures and the repeater rifle.  There is almost no way now to get them to look like they're actually shooting or aiming that thing.
