On this beautiful July morning, Miss Charlotte, Miss Daisy, young peter and Rupert the Cat were eagerly waiting for the arrival of two very special guests. Arrived aboard their little truck, Monsieur Firmin and Miss Periwinkle, respectively Gardener and Floris Extraordinaire were delighted to be back on New Regent St. Like two magicians, they started decorating the fashion boutique on the daisies theme just as Miss Charlotte had dreamt it. This time, Summer truly had arrived on New Regent St  :love: :bloom:

Good morning dear Friends  :wave:

It was on a glorious summer day that Miss Charlotte opened her fashion Boutique on New Regent St.

One of her first customer of the day was no less than Miss Georgiana Lambe, a wealthy heiress of a Caribbean Plantation who came for the occasion from Sanditon ( I highly recommend the excellent ITV series Sanditon seasons 1 & 2 inspired by Jane Austen's novel  :) )

After a busy day at the boutique and a filled order book, Miss Charlotte happily retired for the night.

On the morning following the opening of her fashion boutique, Miss Charlotte welcomed Miss Josephine "Jo" March from Louisa May Alcott's novel "Little Women".

Jo March is an avid reader, dreaming that one her own books will one day be published. She is reading Jane Eyre, has a newspaper in her handbag and is on her way to send another of her manuscripts to a publisher. The apple will be her lunch as she has no time for meals - She wants the world to read her writing  :love:
