Good morning dear Friends

Those who are collecting a retired theme like myself are often facing the challenge of reinventing it, which is what I have done over the years using Dollhouse accessories on a 1/12th scale and I know how frustrating it can be for most of you not to see more Playmobil accessories in my dioramas & scènes and I would like to thank the Playmo Purists for still following my work  :)

The fact is that I haven't been purchasing a brand new Playmobil item for years since I am only collecting items and references from the retired Vitorian theme and accessorize it with Playmo compatible items...

But that was until today which was a real eye opener in the shape of a post from my Friend Whisper on the TJ Forum who was presenting her new buys, amongst those the wonderful Playmobil Princess Fairytale Birthday Box N° 5359 and I must say that I fell in love with it since it will provide me with the perfect background for pictures introducing the Ladies of N°1 Regent St, both from the Summer Garden Party on Regent St tale and the new Return to Regent St one  :

During the course of August I will introduce the latest sublime Playmo custom figures each in their individual matching decor as I have done in the past and I will also reintroduce all the marvellous custom figures created by my Friends for the original project just as they should be

I understand that the making of the Return to Regent St project is taking longer than you might have expected it to take, but you may bear in mind that I am running a hotel & 2 restaurants around the clock so I am progressing as fast as I can since this work is a labour of love for me with much thought given into it and an amount of online resaerching which is quite considerable.

I will most definitely resume and put the finishing touches to the outside decor in the weeks to come and September will see the start of the decorating of the Inside of the Mansion with thenew victorian kitchen being presented to the world !

Once again, Thank You so much for following this project !

Karim :)

Good afternoon dear Friends

Just a quick note to tell you that I am placing the final ordering for the elements of the décors which will be used as a background to present the custom figures of the Burglar Cat Woman, Oscar Wilde & his Friend Bosie as as famous Music Composers Johannes Strauss & Piotr Illitch Tchaïkowski which I will present next  :)

I needed to take a little well deserved break to the magical city of Bernkastel Kues, but I am back now with lots of ideas and a few more customs up my sleeve including a few addtional custom figures and even custom vehicles which will delight the amateurs, so please do stay tuned  ;)

Good evening dear Friends

As I am working on the final touches before the presentation of the marvellous custom figures created by Daniela for the character of Oscar Wilde & his Friend Bosie, Piotr Ilitch Tchaïkovski and Johannes Strauss ( inspired by the custom of our Friend Erwinius ) as well as the wonderful Cat Burglar Lady created by our Friend Playmalines, I would like to share with you a few pictures of the latest vehicle to being created for the "Return to Regent St" and what a vehicle is this as I am truly delighted to introduce another incredible custom from our Friend Playmoleo which is in the making :

The N°1 Regent St Rolls Royce 1910 Limousine !

This car is similar to the car used by the Dowager Violet Grantham in Downton Abbey and since the Grand Lady will be visiting Regent St, I thought that this amazing car was exactly what such a Great Mansion would need to transport its illustrious Guests around

Please stay tuned for more updates soon  ;)
