The bird man and gnome can be done pretty easily with a little imagination. ;)
For the bird man I would use the witch's mask from the fairytale set.
And te gnome could easily be made with a dwarf from another of the fairytale sets.

Thanks for the tips, WOT. I'll post some pics, when I've done these customs. I plan to make some grey aliens as well. Ooowwww, lots of plans.

welcome from san francisco.  by the way, the words "stop" and "collecting" are not likely to be used in the same sentence without the modifier "cannot".
