The word "contents" in different languages started to be printed on the front of the boxes in the 1980s.   The practice ended in the mid-1990s, probably 1995, although boxes produced before this date and with the printing on could be on sale long after the practice stopped. 

I've attached a scan of the 3456 ambulance box which went out of production in 1994.

yes i know that about the contents i'am refering to this specific one that doesen't say the contents in the usual languages inhalt contents continedo etc...  but all is written in japannese language as you said ?

I was looking in Collector 3 at the pictures of the set there as they were clearer than the eBay image.
