These new dragons , especially like the red one look like the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons sets from the 80s from LJN, look quite like the Tiamat dragon toy ( with less heads  ;D) , combining these playmobil sets with  these old  AD&d sets ( i have a large collection) including the very cultish fortress of fangs should be an interesting notion.....
:knight: Steck is Holy . Bring back more steck sets and its guardians , the Nuremberg Guards :knight:

Those were great toys Giorginetto!! I can recall that fortress of fangs having so many features like the alley/tunnel with the spikes come out of the wall. Dragonland in not nearly as sophisticated as the AD&D sets but it can be a great stronghold... I 'll go back home and post some more images...

You might be able to find them if you do a google search...I believe i've seen them somewhere on the net. I remember them because my cousin used to have a lot of them...

They are not playmobil, they are Advanced Dungeond and Dragons inspired from the role playing game.

A few more details about dragonland... On the first image you can see the closed gate that protects/covers the dragon's breath. You will notice that the gate is actually the head of the dragon....

While on the second, the blue flame (dragon's breath) that hides behind it gives its magical powers to the knight's weapons making them stronger and more effective....

They were made by LJN and then mattel . Some very cultish action figures some MISC go for up to 300-400 dollars. Very nice artwork on teh cartons and a nice set - fortress of fangs that works nicely with playmobil. i have two of these sets one boxed ( but opened  :-\) and many spare parts for these rare sets. i have about 200 actions figures some common ones many times over as i really liked these sets . you can find them on ebay and many loose items. The northlord weapons for example look awesome with mediaval / fantasy klickies . Will post some pictures later when i have some time  ;D ;D ;D
