Richard..The putty did not stick to the hair piece.  Knightmo also said
it doesn't work very well as glue.

Thanks, Jimbo!

That's great news! That's exactly what I wanted to hear ...

Next question: CAN YOU PAINT IT?

All the best,
Richard

Yup! :yup:, I used Krylon.

I have not been able to find Krylon's Fusion paint here in the US Virgin Islands, so I'll have wait until I'm back on the mainland.

Looking forward to trying the Mighty Putty method.

Thanks for all the good information, Jimbo!

All the best,
Richard

Ahoy again y'all,
I decided to make a "fat" swabby.  So here he is.
I cut the tummy off of a fat pirate's legs and super-glued them
to a pair of clown legs, and filled the gaps.  (Not to much filler was required.)
I raised the inseam to match the tummy.

A few coats of Krylon Fusion was applied to the dungarees and T shirt,
and he is ready to ship out. :yup:

The white hat was made from Mighty Putty, with just another different roll to
the brim.

Best regards,
Jimbo

Very nice job Jimbo! That Krylon paint sure does a nice job, question about the Mighty Putty - Is this a 2 part epoxy, tube, or like Rock Hard Putty that you mix up? I am not familiar with the name, thanks.
