More pics!
Adding some height...
Used some rivets to attach the lower cabin to the deck... Not fixed until painting is done
Test-fitting the stairs and upper railing
The cabin will be fitted with rivets as well. The cabin ceiling will be able to be taken off, as well as the cabin fixed to the upper deck, giving access to the lower cabin. Good for playing!
Railing test.. it is a methacrylate rod, which fits into clickies hands.. cannot remember the measure, around 3mm in diameter??
Bending the railing
Be gentle with the torch, as the rod is very heat sensitive (note the bubbles inside the rod at the corners)

I always try to find the right balance between simplicity and some fancy details... it's sometimes hard, to keep it as a "playable" toy and interesting enough for adults hehhe
