Help, anyone?
« on: May 26, 2015, 10:00:38 »
The parts in the first picture (apart from 7, 9 and 10) all have a mold number which looks to me like a PM number. None of these mold numbers works in PlaymoDB (parts of the Ark are the only ones I have ever found from mold numbers in the DB).

Parts 7 and 10 are doors, but from where? Part 9 is a door/window frame with a doorstep/windowsill. Part 10 fits this, but I can't find the origin of either.
I have shown part 11 before (now I have TWO!). The circular depression is tilted, not level.

Mold numbers
1. 7100710
2. 3210350 2
3. 3205220
4. 3232820 3
5. 3229428 2
6. 3185110
8. 7101500 3
11. 3212050
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

These, however have no mold numbers and I think only 12, 16 and 20-25 feel like PM. Any ideas?

Part 7 is from the 3716 farm.  On the 3716 farm I just bought off eBay, I found the "hinges" on the door needed a fair bit of rounding off for it to open and close smoothly.

If is surplus to your requirements, maybe we could come to some sort of trade as another one would be useful to me.

Can't help with any others, although part 2 looks very familiar.

Isn't 8 legs to a cot?
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

I think so..

Some of the others do look familiar.. but my poor old head  :-[

There were several #25 on the boxes I messed with. And #29 reminds me of the polar tent, but I think it's not exactly that...

Some on the second picture remind me of the 80's space theme, I also have some of those but can't place them, too early after a long work holiday.

8 is from one of the frames/legs for tables 30-21-7420

4 looks like a truckbed side or rear hinge. But cannot find it....it's familiar though...

31 and 14 are Lego. 31=flag

From this angle, #6 looks like a matrass that pulls out from under a sofa. Only weird thing, I've never seen it in that colour.
PlaymoDB shows it in dark blue, for instance: Part Number: 30 22 0350. Sets 3966 and 4062 have it.

Does it have an oval shaped dent in it, on the other side?

Wow, lots of helpful answers!

Part 7 is from the 3716 farm.
Yes, of course! I have that farm, too!
If is surplus to your requirements, maybe we could come to some sort of trade as another one would be useful to me.
You are welcome to it, send me a PM! The corners where it hinges are broken off though!

Yes, of course, silly me!

25 could be the front forks for a bicycle maybe?

Some on the second picture remind me of the 80's space theme, I also have some of those but can't place them, too early after a long work holiday.
Can't see them on Playmospace pictures, but you may be right, Rasputin.

Thanks for the link, PlayMoto. 4 could be off a truck, I will think about that. I am sure you are right that 31 and 14 are Lego, the lack of the usual 'Lego' logo puzzled me!

Spot on Birdie! The mold number even matches the red one I have. (No oval indentation on either one, though). Its from 3230 light orange sofa

5 is the fence piece that goes with the A frame Alpine lodge
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)
