seperate forum for F?gures ?
« on: November 18, 2013, 18:18:36 »
Would there be a need/support for a seperate category/forum for the F?gures. We have a lot of topics about this subject, and they are scattered all over the forums.

I would like it. (why can't i place a poll here?)

I'm not sure. Perhaps something wrong with a setting for this board. Will see if it can be fixed.

I added a poll. Let me know if you want to change the title or add further options. :)

Just putting in my 2 cents as a newbie that yes, I would love a separate forum/sub forum for the mystery figures. Mainly as I am a little obsessed with them. And also as there will be the two new series 6 & 7 coming up in 2014!

I'm not sure if a whole forum would be needed for this since I dont see that many topics about the figures to be honest.
Other themes exept trains dont have their own forum either after all. Well theres the kingdoms subforum but that hasnt seen any activity. The last pictures to be posted there where nearly a year ago.

Maybe some reorganisation could be done with sub forums perhaps, but that might be a lot of work to put everything in the appropriate place then.

I don't think there is enough discussion (or enough individual threads really) to warrant an entire sub-forum for the Fi?ures either. :-\

Yeah, it doesn't seem like they are discussed all that much, but then neither are trains, really. I do think they are unique when compared with other themes and inspire unique discussions, the same way trains do. Many of us collect them in a different way than we collect other things (though the same could be said of specials, I guess.) I voted no on this, but really I guess I'm rather neutral on it.
