I really like the Marco Polo figure. How does one go about getting one of those?

It's the PCC Exclusive figure from last year. Everyone who was a paid Playmobil Collector Club member on October First got the figure. If you join afterwards it is usually possible to buy one at the next PCC private sale, in this case it wont be available that way until fall this year.

Thanks, when you say fall, when exactly do you mean?  I'm not familiar with the term :)

Fall is what Americans, of which grouping Tiermann is a member, call autumn. Herbst, automne. The idea is the same as that expressed in the Polish name for November, listopad: "leaf-fall".

Well here's an update to my playmobil miniature vehicles.
I found all three of them: The Herpa 4083 Playmobil Mercedes 508D van, the Herpa 1760 MAN TGX XL sz with trailer and the Roco 48015 traincar with tractor and Playmobil trailer. All are in 1/87 or H0-scale.
The MAN is incredibly detailed and rides very nice. All three were MISB and came with the original add-ons. The roco trainset has the most accessories.

Funny thing: i bought two seperate 508D van's, actually they came from the same trainmodelshop, but there was about 2 months in between the buys.
Look at the picture  ;)

Here are the 3 units together:

Some pictures of the MAN:

Oh hey did you have a birthday? I missed those posts earlier. Congratz! It sounds like you had a great time, and such lovely presents  :)
By the way, I love those Koetjesreep chocolates too. Do they come from the Netherlands?
And do the Smoeltjes biscuits taste good, or did you just pick them up for the Playmo?  ;D

I had no idea they did miniature Playmobil trucks. Cool!

I bought that white&red motor cycle for myself when I was about 10, still remember the shop I went to and everything!
