Uh, yes, it was a double post. Terribly sorry.
These being “well-trained and equipped” soldiers, they probably would not have had sloppy uniforms… Maybe it’s time to consider the cuffs after all.

@Baden: just cut circular PVC sheets, slit a 'radius' and overlap maybe about a quarter...please let me know if I need to elaborate
