Were there more than the Herpa playcars?

I know there were these:



The boxes don't have a set number like playmobil..

Not sure after..

I always thought that the police car in set 3903 was a BMW E36. It was made in many different police variations, as a taxi, and as a black and red civilian car that pulled a trailer.

This and the other variations on it were BMW based, but I think walts-trains is specifically referring to the Herpa based models which came with Playmobil figures.

There have only been ones based on a BMW, i.e. the airport taxi and the various police cars.
