Thank you for a great review of such a classic set . Your transformation of the 80's Klickies sure makes them look hip again .
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

Thank you all for the replies!

Playmovic -> I really love to obtain a 4301 riverdale, has anybody actually ever seen one in real life?

Martin -> Wow there really was almost nothing left of those rubberbands!

Ras -> I especially like the yellow boots under the miniskirt very trendy!

Great review of the train stations.  It's nice that playmobil made multiple stations for the different themes.

I have all the stations, but the Riverdale was the first one I bought and at that time (many years ago), we didn't keep all the pieces separate, nor save the boxes (actually, the boxes got crushed by little feet and tossed), so I only have the building and the accessories are scattered in bins with other sets.  I do still have the box for the Banhoff station (the 2nd station we acquired) with all the accessories.  Maybe Christmas will be the time to set up all the stations.   :D

I have Riverdale and put it on Walt’s Playmobil Layout sometimes.
It depends which size of layout I am exhibiting which station goes on the layout.

I love the miniskirts and the sixties haircuts a lot. I don't mind old style klickies, but love to update them in a sensible fashion, keep true to the original design, yet updated!
