I have found it a lot cheaper to just buy miscellaneous lots of system x building parts on auction and just build the house how you want it. There are usually lots of auctions for houses even that are not put together or are missing some parts that sell for a lot less than one put together and presented well. If the house is in a pile so many bidders are turned off
I have been doing this with the 3965 house as it has been around for a while so there is a healthy suppply
