So true, George.  I have received houses that are glued together, have yellowed or missing parts or are saturated  with cigarette smoke.  :o  I can see why you purchase MISB houses!  :yup:

Only one MISB the other one is MIB , used byt hardly really and the third one is used but 100% complete and in very very good condition. Same goed for the 5305 i will receive from the same seller .  :)

One of the 5300 i got is MISB , one is MIB and not used/played with, the third one i got was used byut in excellent conditions and 100% complete, i set the last yesyerday and looks awesome. For the same seller i am getting a complete 5305 too....  :love:


 I bought them all MISB but I have opened about 6-7 of them.... The 5305's are all MISB, no time and most important no space to set them up  :( I hope some day I will find a place to display them   8-)
 
You were lucky with the used one!!!! Are you going to set them up?

I will . Not sure if i open yet  the MISB 5300 it even has the original playmobil cartonbox outside .. BUt probably i will  :lol: :lol: :lol: and do  a 5300 FULL REVIEW TOO !!!!  :love: :love:

I suppose i want another 5300 and 5305 at some point in the following weeks, if you want to sell one of each alex PM me   ;)

I set up my first 5300 today with all the basic interior sets, and a big fence round it. I have enough interior sets to furnish one more 5300 but not enough sets for my 3rd 5300 and for my 5305. better get my act together and buy some victorian sets !!!!  :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
