Title: Which shade of blue hat?

I'm packing away my new sets, and noticed that my bedroom set's lady had a different shade of hat to the lady (I thought was from that set but isn't) in my Victorian spares box.

PlaymoDB says it should be light blue, but I still can't be definate exactly which one it is

The one I have is more like the one on the right (darker blue). 
What ribbon have you got on those as a don't think I have the correct one?

Both hats have the same ribbons, but the lighter blue one has a more rigid bow (hence it has snapped) and the darker blue has a more forgiving bow:

Just out of interest, does anyone know what sets the other hat is from?
