Title: NOBORI (giant samurai flags) improved with playmo parts
Post by: cheng on November 26, 2011, 04:17:58
anyone recognises the PM part used for my (top) cross(horizontal) bars holding the flags permanently in an unfurled position? maybe some of you might even like to use this same PM part for your samurai's sashimono(flag stuck to the backs of warriors)

Is it the handle of the axe that goes with the cavemen? http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-22-5852

BINGO BB!! aren't there some themes you dont bother to look into?! ;D
...I miss a lot of parts because I dont look into modern themes or at PM girls :P....so much later on, I discover that a 'modern' robber has a new cap colour I need or an 'old' female klicky has a pair of male legs (perhaps hairy underneath ) I can use for my brave warriors

;D I have these cavemen on the table right in front of me right now! :evilplan: They just came in the mail two days ago, from Gis. I've been admiring that spear, so it was really fresh in my mind! :evilplan:

...I've been admiring that spear..

sometimes Geobra seems to be simplifying production processes(like casting knight arm and chest armour :-\ onto klickies' body parts.....and I dont know what to do with those cavemen & cavewomen's torsos) and sometimes they seem to produce them the way we prefer (like having even separable spear tips allowing us more customising possibilities)....dont they now worry about kids swallowing flint tips? but who's complaining  :P

and I dont know what to do with those cavemen & cavewomen's torsos

You ship them to (not so sunny) Portugal  :P

Ordered a few repeats.. I'll trade for them - if I have something available you're interested in....

cheng, you're customs are marvellous again. Do you plan to make an other colored army, maybe brown. Perhaps you could use the cavemen torsos. Furthermore I think if you want to get rid of the cavemenlook it might be easy to delete the bonenecklaces. What's left behind are furry clothed torsos for gauls or celts in wintertime.

thanks everyone :)

and Tahra, I do have 3 of those cavewomen torsos and might get more for their pretty legs ;) will trade with you if youre still interested later but I cant imagine what you can make with them unless youre making the a flintstone/ a fashion show/'rock' concerts   ;D

thanks conniefrere....have been staring at those nicely printed bones and still cant do it, yet (still to wipe the tattoos off my pirates) and have been staring at their furry 'dresses' too...the light grey, darker grey and the brown ones....and staring at the different cavemen legs...not too keen to make more celts nor manchus ;D

Can't wait to see these new customs. The celts are just an idea. I'm playong with the idea of customs of maori pirate combined with those brown caveguys. they could look like paleolitic warriors  8-) 8-) 8-)

WoT, those are just teepee poles....not too happy because I was too impatient and left quite a lot of lines while sanding with a coarser sandpaper but cant wipe them off since its thin enough already

Tahra, you just gave me a 'syndrome' like what one gets when a Fairy suddenly appears and asks what playmobil set I would like  :D ;D :P ....then I go into a seizure because suddenly I cant think  ::) ??? 8} ;) of anything...will PM you after some soul searching
