I'm sorry if this topic has been covered many time but I'm a newbie so please forgive me!
Thinking of discontinued items: is eBay the place you guys all look for additions to your collections? Is there anywhere else or anywhere better?
Thanks for any suggestions!

It's going to depend a little on where you are at. I am in the US so it's unusual to find any Playmo at garage or yard sales.
So my biggest source has been eBay. The second biggest for me has been trading with other collectors, especially those in Europe where there is so much more old Playmo floating around.

yes ebay is the best place online for rare playmobil ,you can find anything you want if you are patient , very difficult to get them if there wasn't ebay 8-)

Or at least you had to be even more patient :) :)

Ebay is the best source for me because there is no alternative in my country. People don't tend to sell or give away their old toys here. Another source is very old toystores in the countryside or small towns.
