New Dino exclusive set at the Swiss store Manor

A new color Pteranodon and maybe another new color dino but hard to tell from the photo. Does anyone have easy access to see one of these sets in person?

And the rock formation is great!!! Thanks for this info Tim, another set added in the ''i want'' list ;D
-
Is the spiny one of a different color? If so, I'd love to get him, and the flying one.
Considering all the new ones coming next year, I gave up the idea of a repeat spiny dino. See? Restraint!
-
 Wow!
That is a nice set. So many dinos!!
Thanks for the info!
-
Nice dino set indeed. Think it's time to set up a dino theme collection, thinking ahead of what is coming next year.
-
Cool rock formation, but not for me. I guess I just have never been a fan of this set before... :P
-
That rock formation reminds me of the ones they had in some of the old indian sets, except those were red. Really awesome! I want it!
-
Me too !!!! I want some of these rocks for my Krull Diorama !!!!
-
I don't see anything special about the rocks - am I missing something?
-
Tim, Great find!
Did you notice they offer a 5120 set with the little farm market? That looks pretty cool, too.
Anyone have info on this set and where/when it will be sold?
Thanks, Pgal

It's just that there's a generous amount of them... and a waterfall.

Luckily, it was available it the Zirndorf Funpark and my brother got it for me at the weekend.
Here are the pictures that I've already got.
The pteranodon is exclusive, but the other dinos aren't as far as I get it from the box pictures.
The dark grey "waterfall" is new in that set too. There used to be light grey stones, brown rocks and shades of pink for the fairies.
The set looks OK, the price was 39,99€, which means it's 10 euros less than the 5014 exclusive dino set we saw last year.
The set is likely to turn up in other European countries as well in certain supermarket/shopping mall chains.
I'm not sure about keeping the set, though, Tim, but first I've got to lay hands on it, before I can decide.

The Spinosaurus seems to be the same color as in the original set. The T-Rex might be a darker shade of green.
All in all, only the flying saurus is another color. I already have all the other items - so, 40 euro's is a bit too much for me just to get a single flyig saurus.
I might try and get it through ebay or DS ...
But one hasn't got the Dino's yet (or not enough ) then this seems a great set to get!

The pteranodon is awesome!! and much better than its first version!!

It's a Playmo-nest [first appeared with apes, methinks] (probably for the rock-climbing dinos ;D among them.)

Agree.. he's mighty pretty though..

Thanks for the photos Simon. Hard to tell if the deinonychus is the same or different from the last green one. I'm pretty sure the T-rex is the second version from last year's exclusive. Part numbers will tell all. It's great to see the waterfall in the dark grey. That's new and has been a hole in the rockies series for a long time.
-
Besides the dinos, I find the amphibious vehicle very neat!

I've got the set today. So, unfortunately, the T-Rex and the deinonychus are the original versions that has been around for about 5 years now. I real pity, it would have made the 5019 exclusive set a really interesting one.
Only the Pteranodon and the dark rockies source are exclusive. One other rockies element was issued in the stone-age series recently. Scans will go to Heather shortly.
@conniefrere: The vehicle is nice, but another repeat as it was already in the deinonychus set.
If you do have any questions, don't hesitate to ask or do you think I should go for a full review?
-
Full review! :yup: I'd love to see close-ups of the new pteranadon.
-
All these dino sets are growing in me by the day . i think its time to get more dinos i only have a few .... :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
-
A full review would be great! Disappointing about what could have been a fabulous new addition to the dinosaur range. I am in love with the rock formation though!
-
Still no review...
Simon can you confirm that the Deinonychus has yellow claws on it's feet? The box photos show green but I've only ever seen the green one with the yellow claws.
