i came cross by this online on ebay but i never saw one like it is it playmobil  or??? if yes does any body knows from which item??? pllsssssss

No, these aren't Playmobil

I've got some identical, and they are ever so slightly larger scale (they came in a toy car playset)

They are a cheap china brand, marketed as 'Fast Lane' in ToysRus, but the real name escapes me
