Title: PCFD new ladder truck's custom breathing air supply shown installed on TL254.
Post by: Bill Blackhurst on October 22, 2011, 23:10:01
Hello everyone.

The Playmobil City Emergency Apparatus Repair Division has been busy developing a long needed option to be added on all of the Playmobil City Fire Department ladder platform trucks. It is the on board supply of breathing air that firefighters working in the ladder platform baskets can breath without needing to use the smaller back mounted SCBA units. This is the first design, & refinements maybe added to this design as feedback from the firefighters actually using the new air system becomes available to the design team of wizards. I hope you like this new design.

This is the system in actual use on an E-ONE Tower Ladder. It is the long yellow air cylinder seen mounted on the ladder in the picture.
