Title: HI THERE from Lake Placid!

Hi there-I'm (obviously!) a new member from Lake Placid New York-upstate NY about an hour from Canadien US border....I see there are others from nearby upstate NY as well and I look forward to communicting with other collecters round the world...I lived in St Petersburg Russia for  few years-and of course brought many playmobil sets as gifts for wife's nieces and nephews...Lifelong playmobil for 28 years from early childhood..western US Army and ACW...mom and dad always great enablers for me!  Two older sisters so dad loved to get me western and ACW playmo!  I have all my original Fort Bravo etc and am currently working on a large dioramma of 8 or 9 Forts  into one BIG fort...I have been collecting hard to find stuff from all over the world to go into this for quite a while as much is soooo hard to find....I am also an avid collecter of ACW and wild west cavalry soldiers in general - non- playmo :(  ;D... and have many diorammas including large battle scenes..We have identical twin boys 3 and a half yrs old who are just starting to play w some of my old playmobil stuff...guess thats why the rare and impt stuff is on hand made shelves and tables 4 or 5 feet high!  But I look forward to introducing them into the awsome Playmobil world I grew up with!  Thanks for letting me share-I look forward to communicatng with all of you...!

Welcome from Pennsylvania.  I am sure your boys will benefit from your involvement with Playmobil.   ;)  Just got my great nephew a 123 Noah's Ark.  Can't wait for Christmas now!

Wellcome to our playmofriends forum. I am Greek and i am expecting to see your forts. I have the ''Union'' and ''Glory'' but i decided to divide the ''union'' in two by adding some walls more.
