...and Tahra, it is getting too cold for playmoDad to be running around topless...maybe I ought to swap his freckled face with the dengue-coloured (witch Fi?ure) head(unless there's a blue PM head :lol:

Nice change of scene, cheng, dear friend.  But where did you get those figures from?  I don't remember you posting them.  Are you now into the Napoleonic era?

(PS: I must catch up with youon your trip to the UK.  We've been a bit too busy here recently and had computer problems.)

no, I dont remember showing them on GW either...its so long ago, I got these torsos and horses from Micheal(henrymartini)....and no, past Napoleonics and have too much already..but I still like them :P (yes, we can catch up later and I can re-live my tour de london again ;D)

Nice customs, Cheng! SpeedoDad seems to have become  a servant then, hasn't he?
Now tell me: those are the Roman helmets with the Medecine man crest, but where did you get ther visor? How does it hold there?

storekeepers/quartermasters are not servants....they live longer probably :lol:
ok Arnaud...will answer very soon...before you can make a new sticker ;) anyone (who doesnt expect a prize) can guess where the visor comes from? (...then the answer becomes more obvious)

tonguello's got it! its the red sun visor ;)

and Arnaud,
what I did was reduce the height of the sun visor's 'ring'
then make a dove-tail cut-out under the brim of the roman helm and snap the sun visor up/in...even if its loose, it'll be very tight-fitting once the Hussar wears the combo helmet.
(you have better tools than I...so you can even deepen the underside of the helm where the ring fits...I might be able to make one in 10 minutes if I have your precision power tools...these took me probably an hour each using hand tools and being careful not to overcut or create uneven surfaces ;D)
