Hello Everyone,
I just watched the TV commercial for the new ambulance sets and now I have a few questions... ;D
Does the new ambulance have interior lighting in the patient compartment?
( in the commercial it seemed like it did )
Does the medical helicopter have a motor for the rotor blades?
( it looked like the kid hit a switch, and they were moving at almost a constant speed throughout the clip )
Thanks
Ben

No internal lighting (at least I haven't found it ... :hmm:)
No motor for the rotor blades. There is a "switch" when pressing, it gives the rotor blades a push; they turn a while but then stand still again. Pressing the switch constantly also makes the rotor blades moving -- more or less -- constantly.

Hey Little Joe,
Thanks for the info.

Little Jo is right about the button on the helicopter and i have that set myself and it looks absolute great, much better than any of the old ones.

Yes, indeed. Only one things disturbs me on the new rescue sets ... but that's another story, I hopefully can tell soon ;)

Intriguing!
What has puzzled me about the new ambulance is why it is in white. The standard EU colour now is yellow and Playmobil usually reflects details like this.

Maybe I can clear up this weekend ;)
Update: I did clear up, cf. here (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=952.0)

Uh, really? It's yellow? Haven't noticed this so far. I just have in mind the white color (sometimes still beige) with the bright orange/red signal color for stripes etc. I'm not sure if I have seen a yellow one here in Germany at all so far.
