I have been working on a massive list for about two weeks now, and plan to keep adding to this in the coming weeks. It's likely enough to fill an entire catalog twice when its done.
I figured I might as well send it to them first, and post it here afterwards unless they prefer to keep it secret.
There's about 30 ideas for medieval sets already, and ideas for about six completely new themes, and still building further.
But the question would be now is: how to send it to where it should go?

thats a million dollar question. ive been thinking to my self the same thing lately :blackhair:

The Playmobil Collectors Club will surely promote collector ideas and needs to Geobra. You are in the right board, so you can list your ideas, and when the PCC will take official action, these can be forwarded to Geobra, through the PCC.

Actually.........hope we can do the same like giving them suggestion on how to improve their products.
I am still thinking whether I should send the kid klickies to their customer service in Germany, since I was told by their Representative earlier I should send them the kid figures including the boxes, for them to investigate the defective eyes of the kids, which I find really annoying every time I take pictures for them up close.

I see, well I will post all of it here then.
Should it all go in one topic or seperatly?
-
It should be all in one topic, I think.
BTW, you can also hit the contact button on the playmobil website, and write to the PR department with suggestions. I actually did that a couple of times, before finding playmofriends. I got back very pleasant responses from them. They do enjoy getting suggestions, and when they get a lot of requests for something, they eventually produce it. Two of the things I asked for were orangutans and koalas, so I guess a lot of others asked for that too as we now have them. ;D
Anyway, my point is, they do read these emails.

I did send them a few suggestions for medieval some weeks ago, didnt get a response yet but I gues it might depend on the country.
Just going to create a nice topic about it here when its finished.

When we were kids we sent them detailed diagrams of set with illustrations and part numbers of parts they could reuse and then wrote them letters (in German of course) ... we always got great letters back... In 1988 they sent us a complete list of all the US stores selling PM as well... they also sent us keychains, a couple suit of armor DS sets, and several other gifts... so maybe if you write them in German and make your writing look like a kids, they will do the same today? I should try it myself :)

great my wife is german she'll help me out hehehe
wats the address pls????
:blackhair:

We always just sent it to the German address that was on the magazines... but I see that it isn't there anymore... so perhaps someone who still has it, or who is in or near Germany can help us with that?
I only seem to be able to find the Funpark address online... and that isn't what we sent to. ???

I sent a registered letter many years ago when I was in the UK to Geobra to customer service for playmobil , i received a written reply about 2 weeks later and it was all very good as after this letter playmobil UK agreed to post me some rather big quantities for ds parts etc etc , so i was very pleased with them. Having said that i have written them a couple of letter when i was really young :) :)
