is it rare i came along it on ebay.

never saw it.

planning to buy ithave looked in the collector couldn't find it

It is an Antex set so it wouldnt be in the collector... I don't know how common it is down there in Argentina though

yep Antex, very common... from a couple of years back. still in some toystores.
