Indeed, a LOT of planning!

A little something to compete with the Titanic.
I can only imagine the size of the DS order to make something like that.

This is Erik Skaarup's homepage, one of the greatest collecters on the globe.
He is said to have ALL old sets (and the last one missing was offered by geobra some years ago).
This man is legend.
Money doesn't seem to play a big role for him (wish I could say the same ;D).
He owns a huge Playmobil shop in Norway and has recently opened a Playmo-Museum, too.
It was him who looked for Knight Klickies of the very first edition and was willing to pay up to 100€ for any colour still missing on his list.
Unfortunately and understandably his time is very limited so he doesn't spend a lot of time on the boards.

Yes.. I can't even make up my mind about which is the bigger problem. I mean, if I was a gazillionaire, a lot of money would fix the space problem... Now if we're talking money to buy sets vs space, my main problem is space. Can't afford to buy crazy prices on ebay, or all at once, but I get there.. now space.. AGH.

Erik Skaarup reportedly owns the largest playmobil collection in the world, or that's what i heard a few years back when he presented that customized cruise ship - he's been a member of other online collector communities, i'm not sure if he's ever registered on here
