Title: 5601 Victorian wedding carriage driver
Post by: Wolf Knight on September 06, 2011, 07:01:46
Anybody knows if the driver of the 5601 - Wedding Carriage (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=5601&pics=on) wears white spats?

I saw that Gordon, however, these spats can only be seen on the groom as its not easy to see the feet of the driver on the pic of the box, so we can't really tell if the driver actually wears any spats, unless someone has the original set...

This driver would make an ideal servant in a victorian mansion or even better  a chef chevalier ( wine tester )  :) :) :). Also a journalist perhaps in a western diorama ???  ;D ;D ;D

Yeah, I laughed as soon as I saw the set, too. I'll never look at it the same!

Panos, for future reference, on playmodb, you can klick on the text-only list that shows how many of each item are in a set: http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/listinv.pl?setnum=5601 There it shows the spats x1.

My apologies, Panos, I looked at the wrong figure!   :-[

Looking at the driver on the plan, I would say, "No spats", otherwise they would show up, just like on the plan picture of the groom.

Edit:  Ah, I see BB has already answered the question.
