OMG!!!
I love the new pirateset. But I haven't got the last super sets yet. Better hurry...
Thanks for the pictures!!
-
They copied Andi's swan custom :D
I think this batch of Dinos will sell much better - the tropical look works great year round. I really love the Triceratops
The priate and ice cream supers are great too, and the swan set of course. The baby seal is a nice new addition also :)
-
Is that a red spider in the T-rex set or just red leafs??
-
Hi,
@Tim: yes a swan hehe some little differents and a little bit smaller as my !
@arab warrior: i think that was a flower there are many many new plants in this sets !
gentle greets
Andi

Thanks, Andi ...
That's a very interesting swivel rail gun on the wrecked pirate ship.
Unfortunately, by the time it gets to the States it will have probably been "neutered' so that none of us will shoot each other ... :)
It looks like that now we'll all be able to recreate our very own Playmobil Jurassic Park (http://www.jurassicpark.com/maingate_flash.html) with the new Dino sets ... 8}
Thanks again, Andi.
GREAT NEWS SCOOP !!!
All the best,
Richard

:o Oh my god! These are great!
(Thanks Andi for sharing)
Although now my latest project -- a customized swan from playmobil parts -- becomes more or less obsolete (it's nearly finished; just a few paintings needed) ... I think I'll nevertheless share it the next days.
... and I also can drop my plans for a baby seal :) (which is better, because this would have been become a quite difficult one ;))
Ah, they gone extend the Dino theme to a Jurassic Park theme. (Wouldn't the forth sequel be launched in 2008?)
Quite interesting how they focus on "seasonal themes" (soccer world championship, now dinos, ...) ... but anyhow also timeless themes ...

Hi Andi,
Those pictures are great! I really like the Dinos, and the pirate ship. Thanks for posting them.
I like the new cannon as well, Richard, and if they are like the "regular" ones they can be un-neuterized in a hurry. ;D
Best regards,
Jimbo

Interesting detail - the Triceratops set has a small red lizard in the glass box - it's a recolored baby crocodile. I had wondered when they would do a new color on those.
There is a button? sticking out of the side of the leg of the velociraptor. Kicking action?

WOW! WOW! WOW! :o
I'm quite surprised to see all the new species of dinosaurs they have created! My boys are really going to love those! :yup:
Also nice to see a completely new type of bird. I agree with Tim - the design team surely must have taken just a little inspiration from Andi when they created that swan?! If I recall correctly, he also photographed his with a waterfall as the backdrop. :)
Yep, the red thing in the T-Rex set is definitely a plant, not a spider. I've seen the same ones in the Police superset with the crime scene, 3136 (http://www.collectobil.com/catalogue/items/3136.htm). :)
Thanks for all the pics, Andi! :-*

Those Dinos do look good and a few may end up in my collection as stuff I like. The pirate superset is great I like that small cannon and I can see it not being too long after it's rerlease being added too custom pirate ships.
Of course the best thing there for me is the knights advent calender the blue and yellow knight looks really good and I see they have reused the falcon with it's hood in the set too.
Once again Andi, thanks for keeping us upto date with all of this new stuff and see if you can get a small fee from playmobil for copying your swan. ;D
-
;D the new pirate super set is great.
;D it is a good idea to use the crane and the ship wreck.
??? it compensates for the new not-that-fantastic pirate special.
;D i am very happy to see that my collection will grow (worried about the lack of space but happy)
-
Considering myself financially ruined. ::)
Fantastic sets! ;D
-
I love the ship wreck. But have decided to save myself for more Conlines items. I am hoping for a container with the conlines markings to go with the ship. Then maybe a truck to carry it and a railroad car to ship it (sorry richard but the best I could think of)
-
I am debating what I like better, the ship wreck or the fantasy pond. Its hard to say. The figures from the pirate ship wreck look like the ones from the micro set, all grown up. Same outfits, etc.
-
WOWOWOWOW! That pirate shipwreck is AWESOME! I love it. And there is another new pirate among the specials. I guess this puts to rest the theory they may do away with pirates, huh? :D :D :D :D :D
-
4134 the icecream shop is cute! and 4135 will go great with the cargo ship that comes out next month! :yup:
-
The Dinos are pretty interesting looking. Not that I am considering those Sets but the volcano is pretty appealing. Maybe one can use it as mount Vesuvius. But then again - anything is missing in the Roman theme to create the city of Pompeji.
The ship wreck as well as the fairy tale garden is neat while the fairy tale advent calendar lacks a bit of imagination. It has hardly anything inspiring. Saving the best for last we might see more innovative coming up in 2007.

Some very cool items, like the shipwreck-superset and the countess- (Gräfin) and pirate- specials!! <:> The Roman special and the fountain-superset are neat as well.
I'm not sure about these Dinosaure-sets... they don't appeal to me at all. Ain't the Jurassic Parc-hype long gone by now? I wonder if it won't end up the same way as the Alien and Antartic themes...
