We are already receiving suggestions for October's contest to put to vote.

my nominees are

1) free theme
2) COLOR (95% of the things in the pic must be the same color  :))

Oh! Color would be an absolutely AWESOME one!!!! That has my vote! We do need a free theme soon, since we haven't had that yet.... but the color one would be really really cool!

Although I find the idea of a "monochrome" picture interesting, I would love a free theme  :love:

"Water" is a nice open one with lots of possibilities, I like it. Same with "chase." But "whoa! is that possible?" would probably get some really awesome pics!

Yes, I agree it's time for a free theme, and was going to vote for that until I saw some of these other great suggestions... particularly "color"..... but we could always re-nominate these for november, I guess.

there is one contest on the go.
the final day to send pics is October 24th.
the theme is COLOR, meaning that 90% of the things in the pic must be the same color.

after that we'll start with the new system.

as per above is what you told me already in an other thread tonguello. could you please clarify.
is the contest already on or not? or a new one is being started?  i already sent a photo with the theme you said.

october's theme is COLOR and ends on the 24th.

Up to three entries. Each entry must be entirely different. It cannot be different takes of the same scene or the same pic photoshopped differently.

I've always liked this because it's FUN  ;D
Looking at the past contest seems that quality is pretty high.
