Roller coaster ride!
But you have to better stabilize the suspended sections, where you can feel the train bobbing up and down. That can't be good on the tracks.

The track layput will have major improvements tomorrow. It needs straigntening, levelling , better support and some changes in the desiggn etc , afetr all this was my  very frist attempt . Watch this space though, i will be getting much more track, more trains, wagons , incl freight trains etc  and the HighBAck Mountain Train Line will become far more complex in the future !!!!!

Not long ago i finished improving the track and made some minor other  improvements, only to be faced with the hard fact as ' There is never enough LGB track ' ( reminds you of something ??   ) as i really needed a few more tracks. Anyways, this time i put the camera on the front of one passenger wagon attached to the 4052, when the 4052 is going downslope i really need to lower the speed setting of the JUMBO from 6 to 3 otherise the train derails !!!! ( at 14V), shortly after the starting point for a short time i put maximum voltage of 24V , the train was going like a rocket !!!! Anyways , here is the video of it all. I am off to the mediaval den tomorrow and not today as i really need to take a rest today so i might not be able to finish the mediaval set up this weekend and continue over the necxt two weekends ( well not the next one as we have the western diorama) . Anyways, the playmobil trains have been grat fun yesterday and today morning , i will expand the track and usew gravel under it in the future etc, the highback mountain line will grow and grow in the near future !!!

I also tried the original playmobil transformer and is working 100% fine. In fact i have been using this transformer for the pasrt hour or so !!!

Yeap its a much smoother turn now. At the downhill i have to slow the trains down if they have wagons in the bvack otherwise at max speed they fell off the track h=just before the LGB bridge. I wil be taking some noight pictures also tonite or tomorrow !!

George, do you want to have more switch tracks with sidings & passing loops, e.g. for shunting (now it's a very big »oval« with 2 sidings/1 railway station, right?)?

Well, that's when you're glad you aren't wearing tweety bird slippers. :P

Nice video, it give a good view of the layout, seeing it from that angle.

It's much better seeing the layout like that as you can see more clearly how it curves and what "countryside" it goes through.
