You need to come off the hip with some money, bb! Remember, money's no object when it comes to Playmobil! ;)

Thank  you all for your congrats. Its not boxed and in fact the colorado train station i bought a couple of days ago i SOLD back to the seller the box for 65 euros which i think is very good ( the train station was onky missing some stairs which i have boguht already ) , I am not bothered about keeping boxes and that 65 euros will be spent in the diorama meeting for buying some much needed klickies !!!!

great addition george !

the church ,  train station , watertower , windmill , farm , silver ranch , snake river ranch , 90s saloon - those are my favourite western sets , they look great.

the old bank , saloon etc i donĀ“t like. they look great when you build a western house out of 4 of those but this is way to expensive.

as you are planning a western dio you want to buy all the sets as quick as possible and then you have to pay more of course because you will go for the complete sets - quick. a psychologist could ask why do we want to build a dio - hehehe.

I agree with you Rene, the old western buildings may have a nostalgic magic of their own but they don't have the beuty and functionality of the 90's western... For statters..the old houses have a low ceiling and its diffcult to put your hand and set up items in them... whereas the latest have open tops and its easier to set up and look in them better!

Rene is right

We are building a diorama for playmobil Greece and it will go on display. My contribution will be the western train and rails, the train station , ( i wont open the MISB with mint gellatine air mill i have )  the school and a small confederate army unit, might bring indians also ...

I wont be getting many more western sets now, i only will buy a complete  silver ranch , a western farmer's hosue more confederates for the diorama , some indians perhaps , some vissons and cowboys  and i want to get some of hte old buildings but asking pricesa are stupid most of the times, so i shall see .

This is heartening.. I THINK I have at least one of those churches, still shrinkwrapped SOMEWHERE in my playmomountains..

And I also THINK I have 2 boxes.. and I SHOULD only keep one box..

I remember back in the day, I once bit on a listing, and only understood it was an empty box AFTER bidding. Fortunately realized my mistake soon after - my german is VERY BAD - so I retracted the bid and apologized to the seller..

Yeah... though it was shortly after I placed it, and the auction was far from ending.. Still, the fault was definitely mine.
