Title: Underwater Motor

I got one in an auction.  How do you turn it on? Probably a dumb question, but I put a new battery in and screwed it shut.  It doesn't do anything, and there are no "on" buttons.  What am I missing?

There are numerous versions of this underwater motor. I have seen most using a twisting motion to activate on & off.
