Thanks, Wolf-knight.

I used Goof-off (nasty stuff!  use gloves!) with a q-tip to scrub off  the pirate's stubble and crow's feet.  Left on the brows.  (Pirate was the one from the free game PlaymobilUSA.com gives away with orders.)

Then used a fine-tip marker to draw on eye lashes and fangs.  I am a horrible painter, but the small lines needed were short and simple enough that they were hard to botch.  I used PM's Dracula as a template on how and where to draw Playmofangs.

I really want to make her clothes look more torn and hanging, like many of the ghost pirates' are, but don't feel quite up to the challenge yet.....

I really like this custom figure! Hopefully after a while you will find the confidence to do more graphic designs to it. ;)

An awesome custom, with some random tape on it and some more time in the sun you might get your desired "more torn" look.

I think it's is quite funny that you can see she has been "sitting" in the sun :-)
