It seems to be a new mould. Notice the difference between the stern and bow...

that's what i thought of ...the boat down is probably the same with the other small ship and they added the blue part on top but it steel seems very small for a ship that has too many sails  ???

I agree, same hull, but the deck, & blue parts look to be add ons.

It is definetely the same hull, they just added an upperdeck.
