Heyho !
Finally i finished the Port Royal Diorama. I still have some more ideas and will make some changes here and there but for now i am quite happy. I will post more pics ( i did about 200 ) today and tomorrow. Also i am waiting for some more French Klickys which will be guarding the Port and 2 more ships....
I hope you have fun with the pics !
Cheers.
René

How did you make the water? :D
-
Thx Luciano :**:
WoT : ...very simple : a big blue garbage bag ( plastic ) and over that the cheapest foil you would take for covering while painting. i saw something like this in a old playmo catalogue and tried it. it works perfect and saves me a lot photoshop madness :)

Awesome Port Skywalker! It's huge and every bit looks cool!

Wow!! Really coool !!
Great diorama, nice set-up of everything and an eye for detail!
Reminds me of the old calogue- and box-art from the '70s and '80s, but with more modern klickies. Very very nice! :captain:
What did you use to make the brick-looking seawall? Are it real small stones or is it some kind of modelmaking-pasta or so?
-
Wow, that is cool! Great setup, thanks for sharing.
-
Absolutely amazing, Skywalker! I'm speechless!
-
Wow just wow. The detail is GREAT.
-
fantastic port and great job on the photography

How did you make the water? :D
My question is: How does he make the mist? Have you noticed that changes during the course of the pictures?

I imagine it's using Photoshop, but however it's done the attention to detail is incredible.

i made some pics of the parts with questions.
Hadoque : it is a "Decorative Rock Cast Verneer" ( ? ) you can use it for making a ugly wall turn into a french chalet :)

playmofire: you will be surprised how easy it is ;)
1 : garbage bag / plastic / blue

2 : foil over bag
