I happened to be going by a local toyshop today when I noticed big 40% off everything signs-
Here's what I got for $77US

Unfortunately, while my police can finally stop sharing quarters with the fire department, I officially need to build a new table- the 3 4x8 tables are completely covered by my town.  There is no way I can squeeze in another building.  I guess if I do this, I can set up the zoo, and will have space for future purchases...   ;D

Oh, and so my new sets are not missing any parts, and had several extra pieces, which is always nice...
