This thread will be used to post the photo stories of the six matches in Group C. The following Knights will participate in Group C:
1) JustFred the Flower-lover (Ronastoo)
2) Sir Atreu Anon of the House of Laplamis (Blackpearl2006)
3) Sir Sigismund of Sweetwater (Martin Milner)
4) Crown Prince Tobias of Winterhaven (Gis)
Please feel free to encourage, cheer or post any other type of comment in this thread (within forum guidelines).
Expect the first photos here Sunday at the latest

**Disclaimer: Posing the klickies is sometimes very hard and then getting the right angle with the camera even harder. So although things may seem to be different on the picture, the text is conclusive on what was happened.
For the first match in Group C we have entering the list JustFred the Flower-lover and Sir Atreu Anon of the House of Laplamis.

As the combatants get to either side of the field a weird rumble is noticed by the crowd. When JustFred is in position a faint shimmer is seen on Winterhaven’s Guardtower.

On first pass both opponents manage to hit each other on the shield.
JustFred: 1 point
Sir Atreu: 1 point

On the second run Sir Atreu gets a hit on the shield which bounces of harmlessly. Whereas JustFred strengthened by the presence, manages to get on the inside of Sir Atreu and lift him clear out of the saddle.
JustFred: 4 points , +1 Honour (+2 PD)
Sir Atreu: 2 points (-2 PD)

The second match features Sir Sigismund of Sweetwater against our own Crown Prince Tobias of Winterhaven! Once again it takes several minutes for the crowd to calm down enough before the full attention is on the jousting again.

Unfortunately it is clear that Sir Tobias has still many more years to go before he is as experienced as Sir Sigismund. Even though he manages to hit him on the shield, he is off balance and is easily taken out of the saddle.
Sir Sigismund: 3 points, +1 Honour (+2 PD)
Cown Prince Tobias: 1 point (-2 PD)

Another beautiful episode, Gis! It's like really being there,...eating popcorn :munch:, hot dogs, nachos, & drinking a brew :**:,....my stomach doesn't feel very well :loco:!
I agree, where did she come from! It sounds like an intimidation technique :hmm:,....well played :)9! Hey Ronastoo, be careful of eating the jalapeno pepper nachos in the stands, you maybe blowing fire,....well let's just say there may be a warning sign posted somewhere :0! :omg:

Here we see JustFred the Flower-lover and Sir Sigismund of Sweetwater, ready to go at it for another interesting confrontation.

The first pass sees JustFred clip his lance on the end of Sir Sigismund’s shield. However Sir Sigismunds lance beats JustFred’s defense on the inside and he gets hit full on the body.
JustFred: 1 point

On the second pass Sir Sigismund puts his lance just next to JustFred’s shield, but can’t avoid to get hit on the shield himself.
JustFred: 2 points
Sir Sigismund: 2 points

In the deciding run JustFred aims high but misses Sir Sigismund’s head. Sir Sigismund on the other hand scores the final point by connecting with JustFred’s shield.
JustFred: 2 points (-1 PD)
Sir Sigismund: 3 points (+1 PD)

The next champions that will enter the lists are Sir Atreu Anon of the House of Laplamis and Crown Prince Tobias of Winterhaven. The crowd starts scanting Tobias’ name encouraging him to do Winterhaven proud.

The first round is once again the double shield hit we’ve seen often before.
Sir Atreu: 1 point
Crown Prince Tobias: 1 point

The Crown Prince is able to follow up with another shield hit and manages to twist his shield out of the way at the last moment.
Sir Atreu: 1 point
Crown Prince Tobias: 2 points

Unfortunately for the Crown Prince he is unable to hit Sir Atreu’s shield for a third time. His stab is a bit wide. He is so focused on the attack though he takes another hit on his shield.

In the last run Crown Prince Tobias is just to late with getting his shield out of the way. His lance was aimed straight at the opponent who manages to go under with his shield and knock it out of the way, making him miss and lose the joust, much to the chagrin of the crowd.
Sir Atreu: 3 points (+1 PD)
Crown Prince Tobias: 2 points (-1 PD)

After the second day we have the following standing in Group C:
1) Sir Sigismund: 2 wins, +1 honour, +3 PD
2) JustFred: 1 win, +1 honour, +1 PD
3) Sir Atreu: 1 win, 0 honour, -1 PD
4) Crown Prince Tobias: 0 wins, 0 honour, -3 PD
In this group everything is still possible. Crown Prince Tobias could still make it, if he wins and his tiebreakers are good enough. Time will tell!

Once again the crowd roars when Crown Prince Tobias enters the field. Meanwhile JustFred gets a slight boo from the crowd, but a lot of shushing can be heard as well.

The Crown Prince is able to get a shield hit. JustFred on the other hand wasn’t able to anticipate a list minute shield twist and misses.

The second run is really more about the runs after that then the combatants trying to win right there and then. Some fancy moves resulting in not much at all.
JustFred: 0 points
Crown Prince Tobias: 1 point

In the following run we finally see some action. The Crown Prince is able to get another shield hit. JustFred on the other hand is higher than intended and end up dealing a blow to the head. Still good for 2 points though.
JustFred: 2 points, -1 honour
Crown Prince Tobias: 2 points

On the last run, Crown Prince Tobias is able to again make a shield hit, twisting his shield out of the way to get the victory. However he didn’t win with a big enough difference so JustFred has the advantage. The final match will be decisive for JustFred’s fate.
JustFred: 2 points, -1 honour (-1 PD)
Crown Prince Tobias: 3 points (+1 PD)

The decisive match in group C is between Sir Atreu and Sir Sigismund. Sir Sigismund is already sure he has advanced because of the outcome of the previous match; if he wins it means JustFred is most likely to advance. Will Sir Atreu be able to perform under pressure?

The first run sees Sir Atreu get a shield hit, but being fooled by a faint from Sir Sigismund resulting in a lance to the stomach, which almost unhorses him but he is just able to hang on.

The final pass is nothing spectacular, Both participants get a shield hit giving Sir Sigismund the win.
