Great diorama,
are you a modeller?
Well done !!!
-
hi tonguello,
thx !
the background is photoshop. i put a self made bluescreen in the background to replace the living room :)
for the rocks a use the "rock molds" from woodland scenics. these are some very realistic molds i filled with plaster. the colouring i did with some acryl colour ( not finished ) the gras is done with the noch grasmaster. it stands up because of electicity - wooohhooooo. the stones for the bridge i did also with some molds....stone by stone...
i will put up some pics of the start of this project if you like
cheers

Great picture indeed. It's an awesome diorama. What did you use for the light up lantern, is the it the one from the new nativity set?
Looking forward to see more pictures :-)

el jefe: thank you so much ! the water is photoshop - just to mention it. it´s actually part of the background foto and i was lucky that it fit nice. i drawed a little shadow for the boat also...
Gis: the lights are from modelling nativity sets. really cheap like 1,75€ . i bought a power transformer plus distributor for 6 lamps

Stunning! Breath taking! SO NICE!!! :o :o :o ;D
That is an excellent diorama Skywalker.

Wow, great job. Making a small historical item I think that the Vikings never used the stones for their buildings, just as they did not employ the art of the arches. Anyway, I like it so much. I love the vikings and their culture.

These buildings are similar to how the Vikings built their buildings in Canada.

This is an image of the Church reconstruction from L'Anse aux Meadows, the Viking settlement at St. Anthony's Newfoundland, Canada.
Some wood fronts to the structures you have and it could look a lot like this.
