As far as I know that's indeed the only pirate-klicky with a long red coat... and it did come with the DVD-game.
(or did the game come with the klicky; not sure about that). It hasn't been released elsewhere (yet) ...

Why did you ask, WoT?

The ghost ship comes with a ghost pirate with a grey longcoat.  He can even still ride a horse :).

BUt now I am intrigued to find this elusive red coat as well.  Neat!

I have one extra pirate captain from the DVD, would be good if we can work out a trade  It is unopened from the plastic bag

This is one of my top three klickies ever, I think. Such a pity about the hole in the hat being in front rather than at the back, which would made the parrot sit looking forwards rather than sideways.

Mine came with a white feather....not a parrot.   :(

The pirate with the red longcoat (the same red like the longcoat of the "Saint-Nicolaus"-exclusive for Germany/Belgium/Netherlands, except for the prints on the coat) was indeed included in the "special edition" of a Playmobil Pirates-DVD. The name of the DVD is "Das Geheimnis der Pirateninsel" (english: the secret of the pirates' island)  This "special edition"-dvd was only available in Germany. I bought a few on ebay a year ago or so...

If you want one, I'd search on the internet or on ebay-Germany.

Below a pic from the pirate and from the DVD-box with the pirate included.
The pirate is a "fat" klicky and comes only with this DVD. Even without the coat he can't be found in any other set.
Important: there is also a version of this DVD without the pirate, only the collector's/special -edition comes with the pirate-klicky.

Now the actual pirates-range is being discontinued, it's likely (I hope so at least) that new pirates sets will be released in 2011 (Germany). Perhaps then a pirate with such a longcoat will be included in one of the new sets.

... The ghost ship comes with a ghost pirate with a grey longcoat.  ...

Which set is that? I thought I had (nearly) all ghost pirate sets ...  ???

... the same red like the longcoat of the "Saint-Nicolaus"-exclusive for Germany/Belgium/Netherlands, except for the prints on the coat ...

Isn't it the same as this Santa's coat, except for the print (4889):

That's been released worldwide, hasn't it?

Thanks Shirona,

I hadn't thought about that one as it's a US-exclusive (all though a lot of those exclusives turn up here sooner or later) ...
But they are a bit out of my vision  :-[

Oh well, I'll see if I can get it from Playmobil...

As it isn't really a removable item, it will be considered as a part of that klicky. Just as hair.
It will have a part-number of it's own, but it will be very difficult to get hold of.
Just as hair  ;D

Do I understand that you are asking for the part number of the whole klicky?

No , just the coat!

No, I was indeed asking for the part number of the klicky,
As I was fairly sure that no one would know the part number for the coat.

But it would be great if I could get the part number for just the coat... :!:

Since he just came with the dvd, I doubt there were any instructions or anything, so there probably isn't a published part number. Sorry to tell you WoT.  :( But hey, maybe if they bring out a new pirate theme, he will be in it!  :captain:

It seems to me the coat is not detachable from the klicky, is it? If this is the case then you should be looking for the part number of the klicky Warrior!
