I have definately seen it before ^-^

Whether it is Playmobil or not is the question, and if it is not Playmobil then I think it could be from a childs toy crane (an attachment for something)

I would never have thought of looking at the farm sets!!! I had thought of it like something I would find in the viking sets, the rock with the hang cage and all...
