Title: A song almost stuck in my head...

Old-timers, many years ago, there was a link to a YouTube video posted- a stop-motion music video.
I can't remember any lyrics, or the band name or title, but it was the best playmobil vid I have ever seen.
The video involved a klicky skateboarding around a playmobil town, and had frequent appearances by a variation of this guy:
