Post by: Val on March 12, 2006, 10:56:05
I`ve been out the loop for a while so sorry if this has been asked before. Are there new Eggs  being released for 2006 anywhere?

Hi Val

There was also a topic about them here: easter eggs 2006 (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=378.0) :)

Here are pics of the 4 eggs released for 2006......a bit redundant info, perhaps, but I had it on my desktop and thought I'd share;)

Val,
There is nothing very special about these eggs.
To me, they were a disappointment  :'(

But, If you are interested, I can get them locally in Madison or point you to a web site, where you should be able to order them.  The toy store ships all over the world.

I quite like the third one; specially if I had had the maiden castle. She would make a lovely serving lady or belly dancer!

How many would you like?

A would like to have a dozen; but first I would need a fairytale castle  ;D
Thanks!

But not yet - perhaps after my castle is finished ...

Thanks for the offer, Meg, but they`re all a bit...well,....dull. The belly dancer is an old favorite of mine but I already have her in multiples anyway. So I think I`ll pass on Eggs this year and save my pennies for something else.

Useful to know that hat and veil is back in production, though......

There isn't really anything special or new to us "educated" collectors if I might dare to call us so but they might be new to geobra's current main target group.  Most kids don't remember seeing these when first released - still I would say these are not worth 5,40 like in France.  :eh?:
