I really want to get the 3rd edition of the Playmobil Collector Book but it seems to be impossible to get without paying an arm and leg. I live in the US , if anyone knows where or how I can get it for a cheaper price please let me know! ;D I would be more than happy in purchasing the 2ND edition as well if any one can help me out with info for either i would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks! ;D

Did you try here:

or here:
http://www.amazon.de/Playmobil-Collector-1974-Axel-Hennel/dp/3935976577
and he would ship to USA:

You can buy the Playmobil Collector book from some Playmobil Direct Service sites, but not the USA one. On the UK site it costs £16. You'd have to have someone in the UK buy it for you and post it on.

So, either $26US or $32US seems to be the going rate for a 3rd edition Collector book.
That does seem rather pricey.
But, maybe not as much as I'd charge for my arm or leg. I'm quite attached to them. :)

I am sure they'd also except a wing in payment Rona.
I paid 50 Euros for mine but it was including the cute Collector Klicky :-)

Thanks everyone for your help! It's a big price difference than the ones I found ( which were $62 -$75 USD). ;D

:o :o
A dragon with only one wing???
I'd be flying around in circles! ;D
I have Collector One and Collector Two... is Collector Three enough different that I should invest a wing and buy it?
(And what does the special CollectorKlicky look like that you paid so much for it, Gis?)

Hi Rona! The collectors special figure is a wonderful, simple and unique klicky with the imprint: "playmobil collector"
You can find an image here (http://www.fantasia-design.de/shop/product_info.php?info=p98_Playmobil-Collector-1974---2009---Limited-Collectors-Edition.html).

Oh my! It's a lovely little guy. And it comes with a hardback edition of the Collector! In a slipcase!
I think that would make it worth spending a wing to get. It's too bad that I don't live in Germany where the shipping would be free. :)

Is there anyone from the UK (or Europa!) who would be willing to ship one to Canada?

Hi Wesley,
You mean the straightforward book only as here:

If you have PayPal I'd be glad to help.

You can get the 2006 softcover here as well as the 2009 hard and softcover. Free shipping, as well. Well, to civilized countries, anyway. ;)
