After reading about Giorginetto’s game he is playing with his wife, hiding klickies everywhere in the house, I have been scheming about similar things but I hadn’t found the right idea just yet. Then when I visited macgayver last week he showed me there was a Playmobil Snowman in his freezer, I thought nothing of it at the time but while driving a little later in the week I had the perfect idea (in my opinion of course).
So when my wife was at work on Friday me and the kids scrounged up all the necessary parts and headed downstairs to the fridge:

And started setting up a little diorama in there.

You can see by their smug faces that they were very excited about the whole endeavor!

And here it is in all it’s glory!!

The fridge is a bit of a mess as we needed to squish all the stuff from the top shelf somewhere else.
When my wife finally came home, the kids were really great, because I just mentioned once in passing that there was still some food for her in the fridge. They never once were jumping up and down and telling her to look in the fridge which amazed quite a bit as kids usually can’t hold their excitement for that long. She took her time and we had a lot of pre-fun, although she once spotted me and my son looking at each other funny but we were easily able to pin that on something else.
Then finally she opened the fridge and after the initial silence of about 2 seconds she needed to comprehend what she saw she burst out laughing and has a smile on her face for the next hour or two
