Title: Commercial activities with Playmobil involved

I just went to a cafe with a lot of playmobil and a thought emerged about commercial activties involving playmobil and the klickies. Do they have to enter any agreement with Geobra???

I guess I have seen something like it done. I guess it depends on how the toy is used. But I can't be sure about it.
