Hello to all playmofriends!
I'm from Düsseldorf, Germany and originally a member of Klickywelt,... but real Klickies want to share their hobby globally, so here we go ;D!
In fact cachalote and Emma showed me that there is a Klicky-world even outsite the Klickywelt .
At the moment I'm busy with 3D-modelling of sysX parts for building up own models within the computer... maybe you want to read more about this theme in cachalote's thread "System-X designer wanted"
...nevertheless, I'm a Playmo fan since my childhood (some say I'm still in my Childhood, but anyway... ;D), but re-involved in this hobby after the birth of my son!
At the moment (as you can see on my avatar-pic) my main interest is the 17th century especially the Caribbean theme and the pre-napoleonic Europe.
I'm going forward to share and discuss customs and other ideas with all of you!

Welcome from Oregon USA Sir Pleamo!
Are you just using a Sketchup specific file type? Or are there parts available as .obj or some other common format?
I mainly use Vue 7 and MoI, and have Hexagon and Daz Studio. I tried Sketchup a couple of years ago but didn't really enjoy using it.

No, sorry, my parts are only available as skp-files (SketchUp). You are right, in saying that SketchUp is not very comfortable in use and not as powerful as a couple of different programs. My idea was not to get the best possibility but to get the best one for the greatest number of users. SketchUp is free and relative easily to understand. Therefore this is just a compromise but that's the reason for my decision. It's a pity that in SketchUp it is not possible (as I know) to save the files in a different format.
But join in cachalote's thread, there we can discuss such technical questions!
